Virtual Tax Return Process

Our Virtual Tax Return Process begins when we receive your email address and contact information. We will send you an invite to our Secure Online Portal so you can log into the portal. Next, we will send you an online comprehensive tax organizer that saves in real-time! You can even attach PDF documents directly to the tax organizer. We will also send you a tax engagement letter that you can securely e-sign right from your computer, tablet, or cell phone. If you are a new client, we require a PDF copy of your prior year tax return.
If you have additional documents to send us, you can upload them through our "Documents" section of the portal.
Once we receive your tax organizer and documents, we'll get to work on your tax return. You will be notified by email on the progress of your return throughout the entire process. If you have questions, you can post them to our Communications section of the portal. Our goal is to respond to your questions within 24 hours. We will also send messages to you if we have questions.
When your return is complete, we will upload a PDF draft of your tax return to the portal and notify you through email that your return is ready for your review. We will also schedule a call with you to go over your return so all of your questions are answered.
Once your return is approved for filing, we will send you an IRS and state e-file authorization forms that you can e-sign from your computer, tablet or cell phone, and an invoice for our tax services through your e-mail.
Once we've received your e-file authorization and invoice payment, we will e-file your tax return and notify you when the return is filed and received by all tax agencies. We respectfully request a Google review once your tax return is filed.
